Service Requests and Appointments

Submitting a service-request form does not create a guaranteed appointment or require TruRide to accept a job. Our team may contact you to confirm availability, location, vehicle details, and the requested work.

Any estimate is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. Additional issues, parts, labor, taxes, transportation, or other charges may be identified after inspection. We will seek appropriate authorization before performing materially different work. Parts availability and completion dates are estimates and may change.

Payments

Amounts due, payment timing, accepted methods, deposits, and refund terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, sales agreement, or other transaction document. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

TruRide Golf Carts Service Updates — SMS Terms

When you check the text-message consent box on a TruRide form or otherwise opt in, you authorize TruRide Golf Carts LLC to send service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include service-request confirmations, appointment scheduling, estimate or repair updates, pickup or delivery coordination, and customer-support messages.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel. After we send a confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that program unless you opt in again.

  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you control and for notifying us if it changes. Availability may depend on your carrier and device. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
